Development of the sale strategy, a new visual identity and the website for a luxury real estate

About project

Challenge

The challenge of the project was in the market of luxurious real estates. The main goal was to establish a project that will meet the needs of premium users. The team consisted of investors, architects, marketing experts, designers from various fields and business developers.

Process

Through the initial business model, in cooperation with the Yachting portal, a mobile catalogue was created for the purpose of communication towards potential clients. With respect to the needs of the users that come to the destination of the tourist facility, the business model was redesigned and the strategy for a successful project was implemented.

Result

The main guideline was to create a premium facility with a human-centered approach in all the areas of contact of users and facility managers.  A new visual identity was executed, the concept of the new website was made and all the necessary materials for tourist facilities were defined.
