The project was focused on understanding the innovative business model that already existed in Croatia, and on internationalization and adaptation to the Spanish market.
We analyzed the needs of Spanish manufacturers of consumer goods, studied the habits of Spanish consumers and elaborated the user experience of customers in various business models.
Through workshops with investors, the necessary bases for decision making were created and new fields of the development of operation were elaborated so that new types of products on that market could be managed more adequately.
We redesigned the business model and adjusted it to the Spanish market, endeavouring to realize savings for the end customer and a competitive scope of operation for the manufacturer.
