Indigo Graf is a renown graphic and designer studio that has for over 10 years successfully provided design services, graphic preparation and print services. Throughout the years of its existence, it widened its range of services and became a one stop shop in ideation, conceptualization, prototyping and final execution of two-dimensional, as well as three-dimensional designer solutions.
How can we use the company potential to the maximum and raise the business to a higher level?
The innovation process puts the end client (in this case business partners) in the center of business, and therefore, at the beginning, it was necessary to analyze competitive advantages of the company Indigo Graf so they can be a desirable partner and achieve efficiency on a volatile market. New tools provided us with necessary insights into needs, motivations and satisfaction of business users with the quality of service that our client offers. The synthesis of most quality insights defined key business drivers.
When generating ideas, we transform unrealized needs into possible innovations. With a detailed analysis of the company, their current and potential clients (personas) we mapped key challenges.
